Terms and Conditions
Saving Sense ("Saving Sense") offers, amongst other things, rewards in the form of Saving Points to Saving Sense account holders for purchases made at Saving Sense's merchant partners through Saving Sense's various platforms including but not limited to its website and mobile application (the "Saving Sense Platforms"). The use of the services (the "Services") offered on the Saving Sense Platforms and accounts maintained with Saving Sense shall be subject to these terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between each individual who uses the Services or who maintains an account with Saving Sense. By using any of the Services or maintaining an account with Saving Sense, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms. Saving Sense may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued use of any of the Services or continued maintenance of an account with Saving Sense shall constitute and be deemed to be your acceptance of such modification and your consent to abide by any terms thereof.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must meet our criteria and agree to these Terms. You may only have one Saving Sense account, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You may not open or maintain multiple accounts under different identities or for any fraudulent purposes. Violation of this clause may result in the termination of your account and the forfeiture of all Saving Points earned.
2. Earning Saving Points
Among services offered by Saving Sense is the opportunity to earn Saving Points on purchases made at our various merchant partners through Saving Sense's website or app. Creating and maintaining an account with Saving Sense is required before a user can start earning Saving Points.
Crediting of Saving Points is subject to various terms, conditions and requirements, including but not limited to:
- Having cookies enabled throughout when accessing Saving Sense's platforms
- Not opening separate tabs or browsers during transactions
- Completing transactions within given timeframes
- Avoiding fraudulent or dishonest conduct
3. Merchant Partner Policies
Any products or services purchased from any merchant partner, whether through Saving Sense or otherwise, is governed by and subject to the applicable merchant partner's policies and terms and conditions. Saving Sense is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of any merchant partner or for any effect on accrual of Saving Points caused by such changes.
4. Top-ups and Deductions
Saving Sense reserves the right to make top-ups and deductions from the balance in a user's account where necessary, reasonable, or expedient, including situations where points were incorrectly credited or fraudulent activity is detected.
5. Redeeming Saving Points
Saving Points can be redeemed in accordance with specific redemption options available on the Saving Sense platform. You must maintain an active account and meet minimum redemption requirements to redeem points.
6. Nature of Saving Points
Users do not gain any proprietary right over monies or assets held by Saving Sense when earning points. Saving Points do not constitute monies held on trust by Saving Sense for user benefit.
7. Changes to Program
Saving Sense reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, change eligibility requirements, modify point calculations, and adjust expiration policies at any time.
8. Fraud
Saving Sense may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or dishonest activities. Violations may result in account termination and/or forfeiture of accrued rewards.
